THEN: Had graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, was in final internship while at ENSEEIHT.
NOW: graduated from ENSEEIHT in 99, been working since then.

THEN: Software Engineering intern at Be.
NOW: Software Engineer at Google.

THEN: San Mateo, CA, with a schoolmate.
NOW: Foster City, CA, with my wife.

THEN: Messy, had grown for 5 months.
NOW: Long ponytail, more than halfway down my back.

Yes and no. Yes, because I was at the point where I had decided to stay a bit longer in the US after my internship (to my family's great dismay), though I didn't know how much longer that'd be. No, because I didn't expect to be married.
